We accept payments made ONLY by PayPal at this moment. Please make sure transactions are made using your own credit card or others’ credit card with permission from the card holder. We will not be liable for any loss you may suffer if any third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when using our Services. Orders will be counted once payments successfully processed.

All your payment information, records, or stored default card details in website personal account will be fully encrypted and solely used for later card transactions.



Adding item(s) in cart, proceeding to checkout is NOT meaning that your orders are confirmed & accepted. An email confirmation with receipt of your order
will be sent once payment has been successfully processed. Once an order has been confirmed, item(s) will be processed & shipped out and as such, you are NOT be able to cancel order.

If you really need to make order modification like revising delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try best to serve, but modification can ONLY be mode before order shipped.



Orders are shipped via S.F. Express. Please ensure all information is correct when providing your shipping information during checkout. We may be required to contact you if there is any incorrect and/or missing information, which may cause delays in shipping your order.

Once order is confirmed & accepted, we will keep updating your order status. You may keep checking by logging-in your website personal account / the delivery notification email with courier tracking number we send after order shipped.



We are in honor and hope to provide you a satisfying online shopping experience. We offer a 7-days return & exchange policy due to product damages and defects. Please contact us within 7 days after order delivered for a best solution. Any contact later than 7 days of delivery will NOT be accepted. Once the exchange is confirmed, we will arrange customers to return the items within a designated period. All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer. All returned item(s) will be packaged & shipped to us by customers. All returning products must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging.


Upon dispute, ZIP reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns cases.
